Hi!  I'm Mrs. Debra Fitzgerald, the campus ministry coordinator at St. Patrick's Church in Fillmore, NY for students at Houghton College.

My husband Dan (above) and I have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  We live in Houghton, having moved here in 2012 after being missionaries in Cameroon, Africa for 12 years.

Three of our children attended Houghton and two graduated from the college. Fr. Dennis Mancuso, our pastor, started campus ministry in 2007 when our oldest daughter was attending Houghton, and that's how I have such an appreciation for this ministry.  She had no way to get to Mass, but Father provided shuttle service and a program for Catholic students, also welcoming enquirers who wanted to know more about our Catholic faith.  

I love doing campus ministry - meeting, interacting with and getting to know students!  I also love our church, St. Patrick's which is small, welcoming and beautiful!  I have a great admiration for our pastor, Fr. Dennis Mancuso, who loves Christ and His Church and cares about all the people who he shepherds.
